Chase: know who owes you, and when to chase
Add your unpaid invoices. Chase works out which polite reminder is due today (a heads-up before the due date, due today, then 7, 14 and 30 days overdue) and opens it in your own email or text app, ready to send. Built for Australian and NZ sole traders and tradies.

How Chase works
- Add the invoice: client, number, amount and due date. Email or mobile is optional.
- Chase picks the right reminder for today. If an invoice is already 20 days late, it skips straight to the second notice; it won't send a "friendly heads-up".
- Tap Email or Text. Your own app opens with the reminder filled in. Send it, then tap "I've sent it".
- Add to calendar so your phone nudges you on the next chase date.
Why doesn't Chase send emails itself? Reminders that come from your own address get read, don't land in spam, and we never hold your clients' details. If you want it fully automatic, the Invoice Chaser n8n template sends from your own Gmail.
Reminder wording is general information, not legal advice. Don't threaten action you don't intend to take. See the ACCC and ASIC debt collection guideline. Only charge interest if your quote or terms said so.
